Growth Architect - Remote Opportunity at Hammer Media

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Growth Architect remote to join Hammer Media, the digital powerhouse behind Caleb Hammer and the hit show Financial Audit. With over 3 billion views, we are on a mission to turn our massive reach into a lasting impact through our financial health platform, Dollarwise. As a Growth Architect remote, you will play a crucial role in bridging our creative energy with technical distribution, ensuring our marketing strategies are effective and impactful.

What You’ll Do

• Full-Funnel Ownership: Design and execute campaigns for new customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling between Hammer Media and Dollarwise.
• Campaign Execution: Utilize Canva to create high-converting assets and collaborate with our copywriter to maintain our brand voice.
• Launch Kit Delivery: Provide a complete package of creative, copy, CTAs, and budget to the Head of Paid Media for execution.
• Strategic Outsourcing: Identify and manage external talent for long-form content or specialized creative needs beyond Canva.
• Data-Driven Experimentation: Implement a rigorous testing roadmap, including A/B testing of landing pages and offers to reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC) and increase lifetime value (LTV).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth or Demand Generation, particularly within the FinTech sector.
• Proficiency in Canva and a hands-on approach to creative development.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs and a desire to grow into a senior role.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with channel owners and provide them with the necessary support for success.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with financial tools and compliance marketing.
