Growth Account Executive - Remote Role in AI-Driven Real Estate

About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Account Executive to join Mainstay in a remote capacity. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will own the full sales cycle for our innovative platform and services portfolio in the single-family rental industry. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in a fast-paced environment where AI meets real estate.

What You'll Do

  • Own prospecting through close for mid-market accounts ($10K–$100K+ ACV).
  • Run discovery sessions, product demos, and commercial negotiations across multiple product lines.
  • Land new customers through our seat-license platform, then cross-sell Tax, HOA, Data, Mail, and Revenue Management services to grow accounts into full-service relationships over 12-18 months.
  • Partner with senior leadership on complex or larger deals, bringing account context and commercial strategy.
  • Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and current status.
  • Co-author the mid-market sales playbook, developing messaging, sequencing, objection handling, and pricing strategy.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of B2B SaaS closing experience (AE or senior SDR ready to close).
  • Experience selling multiple products or services into the same account.
  • Ability to run technical demos and answer data methodology questions confidently.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for maintaining a clean pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of cross-sell sequencing and land-and-expand sales motions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in PropTech, real estate technology, fintech, or data platforms.
  • Familiarity with the single-family rental or build-to-rent ecosystem.
  • Experience selling into institutional real estate operators, lenders, or investors.
  • Knowledge of seat-based or usage-based pricing models.
