Implementation Specialist - Remote Role at Paubox

About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team at Paubox. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our HIPAA-compliant email security solutions. This position allows you to work remotely, connecting with clients via Zoom and providing them with the support they need to successfully implement our services.

What You'll Do

• Onboard new customers of all sizes across all Paubox products.
• Define and deliver on success metrics to ensure successful onboarding.
• Support customers through the implementation period via email and Zoom.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers for smooth handoffs.
• Deliver an A+ customer experience every day.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience.
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers.
• Experience with email routing and DNS management.
• Team player with a customer-centric, collaborative approach.
• Ability to work and thrive in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with Hubspot.
• Experience in the healthcare or other regulated industries.
