Global Marketing Director - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a Global Marketing Director to join our remote-first team at Ripjar. As a Global Marketing Director remote position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy to combat serious financial crime through innovative software solutions. Our technology is utilized to identify criminal activities such as money laundering and terrorist financing, making a significant impact in the industry.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and regional market dynamics.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing the full marketing funnel, ensuring seamless transitions from MQLs to SQLs and closed deals.
- Implement performance-driven, data-backed marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, content marketing, paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and marketing automation.
- Oversee global marketing analytics, lead scoring, conversion rate optimization, and attribution modeling for data-backed decision-making.
- Lead the strategic adoption and integration of AI across marketing strategies to improve targeting, personalization, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Elevate the company's brand by driving messaging, PR, analyst relations, and executive thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment on lead quality and sales enablement strategies.
- Coordinate the development of compelling positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation strategies for global markets.
Requirements
- Experience in a senior B2B SaaS marketing leadership position within the financial crime, risk, or compliance sectors.
- Proven ability to scale global marketing functions across demand generation, brand, product marketing, and field marketing.
- Strong track record in driving end-to-end demand generation and delivering qualified pipeline aligned to revenue goals.
- Expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and crafting differentiated messaging for technical SaaS solutions.
- Highly data-driven with strong skills in marketing analytics, attribution, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated experience managing global teams and collaborating across time zones.
- Strong background in PR and executive thought leadership to elevate brand presence in enterprise markets.
- Ability to translate complex AI-driven technologies into clear narratives.

- Proven capability to manage and optimize multi-million-pound marketing budgets.
