Senior Communications Digital Product Manager - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Communications Digital Product Manager to join our dynamic team at FIFA. In this remote role, you will play a strategic and hands-on part in leading the digital content product team, conceptualizing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality digital tools and platforms across FIFA’s owned channels. This position is crucial in driving innovation, efficiency, and user-centric excellence to ensure that FIFA’s digital products are reliable, scalable, and aligned with our organizational objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead digital product strategy and delivery, managing the full lifecycle of FIFA’s digital content products across owned platforms.
- Drive innovation and performance by developing scalable solutions that reflect evolving audience needs and technologies.
- Coordinate cross-divisional collaboration to align platform functionality with communications, editorial, and stakeholder requirements.
- Champion user-centric design and operational excellence, ensuring all digital products deliver a consistent, engaging, and world-class experience.
- Define and deliver FIFA’s digital product vision across all owned platforms, managing the complete product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
- Oversee development and execution of product requirements, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, performance, and deadline expectations.
- Manage platform integrations and key features such as SEO, search, video infrastructure, and API configurations.
- Conduct ongoing research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably within media, publishing, sports, or global organizations.
- Proven experience managing digital platforms, CMS ecosystems, or content-driven products at scale.
- Demonstrated experience leading full product lifecycles from concept through launch and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of product management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, roadmap planning, sprint management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

- Experience with data analytics and product performance metrics.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
- Innovative mindset with interest in emerging technologies (e.g., AI in content production).
