About the Role

We are seeking a Gaming Sales Director remote for the EMEA region to join our dynamic team at RTB House. As a leader in the AdTech industry, we utilize proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to enhance brand growth and drive performance across the purchase funnel. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader that operates in over 90 countries and is committed to innovation and first-party advertising.

What You'll Do

  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House clients.
  • Manage relationships with senior budget owners and decision-makers in the gaming industry to boost re-engagement and revenue.
  • Devise strategies to acquire new partnerships, handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Deliver high-quality customer relationship management and satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate forecasts to internal stakeholders and report regularly on progress, budget, and goals.
  • Attend key industry events to enhance RTB House's brand recognition.
  • Develop professional and technical knowledge through international training sessions.
  • Collaborate with various teams including account management, creative, legal, and tech to devise strategies and solutions for complex client problems.

Requirements

  • Extensive B2B sales experience, ideally in mobile gaming growth advertising, particularly in-app gaming performance retargeting and re-engagement.
  • Deep understanding of the RTB retargeting process from a full-service DSP perspective.
  • High EQ level and ability to build lasting relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Broad network of business contacts within top gaming studios and publishers.
  • Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness to solve problems independently.
  • Excellent time management skills and a quality-first attitude.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Genuine interest in mobile growth, gaming, and AI technologies.
