We are looking for a passionate Full-Time Host to join our team at Basic-Fit in Murcia, Spain. As a Full-Time Host, you will motivate, engage, and lead the team while performing your own duties with a focus on excellence. This Full-Time Host role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our members and ensuring that the club operates smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Welcome current and prospective members with enthusiasm and kindness.
• Sell and advise members to help achieve set objectives.
• Actively participate in the cleaning and maintenance of the club.
• Supervise administrative tasks such as maintenance and supplies.
• Contribute to promotional activities as directed by the regional manager.
• Ensure safety, order, and tranquility within the club.
• Serve as the liaison between the club and the regional manager, providing weekly updates.
• Bring energy and a positive attitude to create the best atmosphere at Basic-Fit.

Requirements

• Cheerful and professional demeanor with a strong affinity for sports and fitness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong commercial and interpersonal skills, enjoys teamwork.
• Experience as a team leader, supervisor, or manager in any sector is valued.
• Ability to be flexible and resilient under stress.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
