FP&A Manager - Remote Position at Xapo Bank

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our team at Xapo Bank. This FP&A Manager remote position allows you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our financial planning and analysis processes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support robust forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Execute in-depth quantitative analysis of business unit performance, uncovering key trends and delivering actionable insights.
• Translate complex datasets into clear financial narratives and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with business unit leaders to provide data-driven financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results against budgets and forecasts, providing detailed variance analysis.
• Identify and drive opportunities for system and process improvements within the finance function.
• Champion best practices in financial modeling and data analysis to enhance the efficiency of the FP&A team.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of financial planning systems and tools.

Requirements

• CIMA qualified or equivalent with 5+ years of PQE experience.
• Experience with Tableau or Looker reporting tools.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Experience in cost analysis and strategic reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• A keen interest in developing industries such as Blockchain technology or Bitcoin (preferred but not essential).

Nice to Have

• Experience with sophisticated accounting systems (Netsuite experience is an advantage).
• Experience in IPO processes (preferred but not essential).
• Experience in preparing board reports (preferred but not essential).
