Financial Analyst for Global Technical Operations - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst for Global Technical Operations to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, and forecasting costs related to global technical operations. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts for product costs, write-offs, and other expenses in global technical operations.
• Identify key drivers and trends impacting COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).
• Ensure reporting accuracy for management by closely collaborating with local finance teams, focusing on clearly separating commercial and operational factors to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts related to COGS and technical operations overall.
• Participate in the intercompany pricing policy process to ensure compliance with global pricing strategies.
• Work closely with finance, technical operations, and other cross-functional teams to align financial and operational strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics or social sciences with 1-3 years of experience in FP&A or a similar field.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with financial reporting systems and tools (e.g., SAP).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with advanced Excel functions.
