About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Systems Application Manager to join our dynamic team at Nebius. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI cloud infrastructure, where you will manage and enhance our finance systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our business.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the ERP Functional Application Manager to design and implement Oracle NetSuite solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules and related applications to optimize performance and usability.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues related to Oracle NetSuite functionality.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of Oracle NetSuite features.
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues within Oracle NetSuite, collaborating with implementation partner teams for advanced issue resolution.
• Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
• Assist in the development of custom scripts, workflows, and reports to enhance Oracle NetSuite functionality.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity within Oracle NetSuite.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance systems management, specifically with Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and finance processes.
• Experience in user support and training for finance applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with integration management and data flow between systems.
• Familiarity with scripting and customization within Oracle NetSuite.
