About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Auditor to join our team at INDI Staffing Services. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Latin America while playing a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment processes. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Auditor, you will ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of recruitment audits, making a significant impact on our hiring standards.

What You'll Do

• Execute complex, sensitive, and high-impact audits to improve hiring processes.
• Supervise and review evaluations conducted by Junior Auditors.
• Lead calibration calls to standardize evaluation criteria across the audit team.
• Provide clear feedback and guidance to junior team members to foster their growth.
• Work on meaningful and complex cases that shape audit standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
• Proven experience auditing complex and high-impact roles, including senior profiles and specialized positions.
• Hands-on experience supervising and calibrating Junior Auditors for consistency and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience in data analysis and SQL.
