Senior Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will support the architecture, development, and testing of next-generation systems that incorporate secure High Availability (HA) cloud-based storage and orchestration solutions, advanced networking solutions, and edge devices. As a Senior MBSE Specialist, you will perform all aspects of system integration testing and certify custom software applications prior to customer delivery.

What You'll Do

• Develop subsystem/segment specifications, cyber requirements, and verification matrices.
• Model components, behaviors, system functions, and interactions while coordinating model updates.
• Test and troubleshoot complex integrated software and hardware systems.
• Review design documentation for completeness and accuracy to ensure acceptable testing methodologies.
• Communicate with design engineers and integration engineers to debug hardware and software issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or A.S. Degree with applicable work experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in MBSE and system integration testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Experience working in an agile environment.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python.
• Familiarity with Linux command line.
• Experience with electrical measurement tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
