What You'll Do

• Lead and optimize budgeting, accounting, and reporting processes to ensure financial transparency and alignment with company goals.
• Drive operational efficiency through AI-based automation and workflows, enhancing the finance team's productivity.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CFO, engaging in high-impact discussions around fundraising and M&A.
• Build, lead, and inspire a team of accountants and controllers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Champion best practices in financial systems, ensuring accuracy and scalability in our operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading finance teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation.
• Background in optimizing financial systems for efficiency and accuracy, incorporating AI tools.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a high sense of responsibility.
• Experience in strategic financial decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
