Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading web application engineering teams.
• Proven background as a software engineer, with experience in backend or frontend development.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluent in business-level English and conversational Japanese.
• Demonstrated ability to drive team success and focus on people growth.
