What You'll Do

• Support the setup, scheduling, and coordination of email campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Organize campaign assets, contact lists, and audience segments to ensure smooth execution.
• Track campaign performance and prepare clear, accurate reports for analysis.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and internal documentation.
• Monitor return trends and organize insights from various data sources.
• Engage with the community across DMs, comments, and customer threads.
• Assist account managers with marketing updates and administrative tasks.
• Research competitor campaigns and identify relevant trends to inform our strategies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in email marketing or digital marketing support.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, with a focus on accuracy and data management.
• Familiarity with email platforms and project management tools like Asana or ClickUp.
• Excellent written communication skills, clear and professional.
• Ability to stay organized and effective while managing multiple priorities in a fully remote setup.
