Director/Senior Director of B2B Marketing - Remote
About the Role
HealthTap is seeking a seasoned Director/Senior Director of B2B Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in a fully remote capacity. As the Director of B2B Marketing, you will be responsible for building and scaling HealthTap’s B2B marketing engine. This hands-on leadership role involves defining our segment-specific value propositions, driving account-based marketing (ABM), and collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support significant revenue growth and profitability. What You'll Do
- Own the B2B marketing strategy across targeted segments, utilizing a mix of digital, content, and events marketing to drive the pipeline.
- Define the MarTech stack requirements and oversee its implementation and optimization.
- Build and scale ABM programs that generate high-quality, sales-ready pipeline.
- Clarify and iterate value propositions by segment, buyer persona, and use case.
- Develop core B2B assets: one-pagers, case studies, decks, website pages, and sales enablement materials.
- Partner closely with Sales to support deals from prospecting through to close.
- Align marketing efforts with revenue goals, focusing on pipeline quality, conversion, and efficiency.
- Establish clear metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI) and continuously optimize.
- Build processes and, over time, a small team as the function scales.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS.
- Deep expertise in modern marketing technology (MarTech) platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/MAP tools.
- Proven success in building ABM and segment-based marketing programs, demonstrated by specific results in revenue and pipeline generated.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise and mid-market sales cycles.
- Ability to translate complex healthcare offerings into clear, compelling messaging.
- Highly analytical and comfortable with funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI; experience in financial modeling of marketing spend is a plus.
- Strong cross-functional partner who thrives in fast-moving environments.
- Willingness to be hands-on; this is not a purely managerial role.

- Base Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on work location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary based on achievement of personal and company-level performance metrics.
