Director of Sales - APAC Region (Remote)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Director of Sales, APAC to join TechnologyAdvice in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal for driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the APAC region. As a Director of Sales remote position, you will lead a high-performing team and develop strategies that resonate with the B2B tech landscape.
What You'll Do
- Inspire, coach, and elevate the APAC sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Design and execute bold regional sales strategies that expand our market presence.
- Own the customer relationship lifecycle, cultivating trusted partnerships and delivering compelling solutions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Build rigorous sales plans aligned with company goals, translating strategy into actionable steps.
- Deliver standout presentations and proposals that showcase our value and influence decision-makers.
- Grow and develop a high-performing team through recruiting, coaching, and mentoring.
- Champion a supportive and high-energy sales culture that embraces creativity and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, tracking KPIs and using data-driven insights to refine strategy.
- Advise senior leadership with clear recommendations rooted in market knowledge and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B media sales, consistently surpassing targets.
- Decisive and hands-on leader who drives clarity and accountability.
- Proven track record in demand generation and marketing solutions.
- Strong communicator and negotiator, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset, utilizing KPIs and performance insights to accelerate growth.
- Relationship-led seller who earns trust quickly and identifies opportunities.
- Highly organized and adaptable, balancing leadership responsibilities with personal sales ownership.
- Comfortable with modern sales technology and willing to travel for key engagements.
