You will spearhead high-impact growth campaigns across the UK, Europe, and the GCC, utilizing tools like Google Ads, Salesforce, and advanced AI content engines to drive measurable brand visibility.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated digital campaigns, focusing on demand generation and brand visibility through Google Ads, PPC, and Paid Social.
• Scale marketing efficiency by implementing AI-powered workflows and content tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Midjourney for rapid asset creation.
• Own the full performance funnel, setting KPIs, managing significant budgets, and delivering ROI-focused reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor a Campaign Executive and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the customer journey and PR activity.
• Drive innovation by testing new automation scripts and experimental digital channels to stay ahead of the technology curve.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Campaign or Demand Generation marketing, specifically within B2B, SaaS, or high-growth Tech sectors.
• Hands-on mastery of Google Ads and advanced Analytics, with a track record of scaling paid search and social accounts.
• Technical proficiency with marketing automation and CRM ecosystems, specifically Pardot and Salesforce.
• Practical, professional experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to streamline content production and campaign workflows.
• A commercial, analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex budgets and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
