AI-Driven QA Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic AI-Driven QA Engineer to join our innovative team at Influence Mobile. As an AI-Driven QA Engineer remote, you will play a crucial role in transforming the quality assurance landscape by leveraging AI technologies. You will be responsible for designing and executing manual test plans for our Rewarded Play platform, which is a leading gaming app in the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to build QA processes for a new iOS platform from the ground up while minimizing manual testing through AI-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute manual test plans for new features across the Rewarded Play platform, including mobile Android and upcoming iOS apps.
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered testing tools to automate repetitive QA workflows.
• Build and maintain automated test suites that reduce manual testing time and enhance coverage.
• Develop and document QA processes, test cases, and quality standards for the team.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify high-risk areas and prioritize testing efforts.
• Track, report, and triage bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity assessments.
• Continuously explore emerging AI tools to improve QA efficiency.
• Measure and report on QA metrics such as test coverage and defect escape rate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, Software Engineering, or related field (graduated within the last 2 years).
• Demonstrated interest in AI/ML tools through personal projects or coursework.
• Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality, comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Experience with mobile app testing, preferably Android.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering or AI-assisted development tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving.
