Design Project Manager - iGaming & Fintech

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Design Project Manager remote to join our innovative team at BrainRocket, a global leader in creating end-to-end tech products for clients in the Fintech and iGaming sectors. As a Design Project Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in overseeing design projects that shape the future of our advertising design department.

What You'll Do

• Manage graphic and animated banner tasks from various marketing teams, ensuring effective briefing, prioritization, and negotiation with internal clients.
• Oversee time and people management, delivering tasks to designers while tracking their workload and deadlines.
• Initiate communication with customers to clarify incomprehensible tasks and inadequate deadlines.
• Create brief templates, sheets, and collections of images to streamline the task-setting process for customers and designers.
• Lead the improvement of working processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Regularly update a library of thousands of design layouts to automate routine tasks for designers and clients.
• Evaluate design quality based on experience with typical tasks and regular clients.
• Participate in resolving issues when a designer’s work is not accepted or is delivered late.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house design studio.
• Experience managing design tasks for digital marketing and media buying teams.
• Proven ability to handle complex marketing projects involving multiple teams and clients.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and align tasks with goals.
• Expertise in managing a diverse group of designers.
• Strong feedback skills, both giving and receiving, to enhance design outcomes.
• Attention to visual details and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Slack, Google Docs, Figma, and Adobe services.
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the iGaming or Fintech industries.
• Knowledge of additional design tools and software.
