Technical Support Specialist - Remote Position

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Remote to join our team at KION Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our internal and external customers. You will engage with clients regularly, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. What You'll Do

  • Prepare service offers for internal and external customers.
  • Handle technical inquiries via phone and written communication, providing expert advice.
  • Manage the procurement of spare parts necessary for service operations.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including back office, service coordination, and service technicians.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Requirements

  • Technical training with a commercial background.
  • Experience in administrative support for technical services or a similar role.
  • Strong interest in the technical field and working with demanding customers and partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Professional communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in IT skills, preferably with knowledge of MS Office and SAP.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a technical support role.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
