About the Role

Join the KARAPASS team as a Business Development Manager in a remote capacity! This role is perfect for those seeking a collaborative and stimulating work environment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the heart of our client relationships, managing an existing client portfolio while developing new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with a sales assistant to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and handle invoicing for services rendered.
  • Organize project sites and ensure quality follow-up on all projects.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to foster client loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: Ideally a BAC +2 or significant experience in business development.
  • Experience: Over 5 years in the construction industry, preferably in roofing, with a strong background in managing professional clientele.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with local economic conditions and knowledge of office software tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in project management or construction site management.
  • Previous experience in a remote working environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software.
