We’re hiring a Demo Engineer to join our innovative team at Improbable, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital experiences. As a Demo Engineer remote, you will transform bold ideas into tangible demonstrations that inspire developers to create. What You'll Do

• Build demo decentralized applications (dApps) that highlight speed, cost, and execution, such as real-time trading interfaces and on-chain games.
• Create trading bot demos that showcase execution quality and agentic workflows.
• Prototype agentic applications, including autonomous agents coordinating on-chain and prediction market resolvers.
• Produce engaging video walkthroughs and live coding content that explain how the demos work.
• Develop reusable starter kits and templates for developers to facilitate their projects.
• Spot trends in the ecosystem and proactively propose new demo ideas.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support go-to-market strategies and partnerships.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Solidity and EVM development, including writing, deploying, and interacting with smart contracts.
• Ability to build frontend interfaces for demos effectively.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to generate compelling ideas.
• Comfortable with rapid prototyping; capable of shipping a rough demo in days, not weeks.
• Good instincts for distinguishing between compelling and forgettable demos.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance your workflow and output.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the blockchain or crypto industry.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
