What You'll Do

• Analyze and interpret complex healthcare and operational datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports to monitor KPIs across departments.
• Identify data trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in healthcare services.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support their data needs and enhance decision-making.
• Prepare clear and concise data presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all platforms.
• Assist in building predictive models and forecasting reports as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for data management.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into understandable insights.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
