Data Analyst - Channel Operations (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst - Channel Operations to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will support a high-impact project team focused on data validation, reconciliation, and process improvement across internal systems and third-party partners. If you have experience working with large datasets, SQL, Excel, and billing/accounting data, this is a great opportunity to drive operational efficiency and data accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and validate data across third-party platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate data discrepancies.
• Reconcile data between internal systems and external partners.
• Work with Sales, Analytics, and project teams to support channel operations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and process improvements.
• Support billing and operational issue resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Channel Operations Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with data reconciliation and validation.
• Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in SQL (queries, data extraction, analysis) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
• Experience in channel/distribution environments.
