What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute maintenance activities on laboratory instruments based on customer needs and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and qualification of multi-brand equipment.
  • Provide optimal usage advice and conduct training sessions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interventions and maintain traceability in compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage spare parts inventory efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed about the status of interventions.
  • Represent PerkinElmer on-site and propose improvements to procedures and services.

Requirements

  • Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Science (Chemistry/Biology, Physics, or Electronics) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a laboratory environment is essential.
  • Strong technical knowledge of laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, microscopes, and climatic chambers.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and professional English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Electrical certification and Level 2 Industrial Risk Training (GIES2) preferred.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in training and development within a technical context.
  • Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
