Customer Support Consultant - Remote Role at IDEXX

About the Role

As a Customer Support Consultant (remote) at IDEXX, you will leverage your customer service skills to make a significant impact at the world's leading company in veterinary diagnostics. What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and written communication.
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients regarding tests and analyses from our laboratories in Ludwigsburg, Leipzig, and other international locations.
  • Record customer information in Salesforce.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, veterinary consulting, and diagnostic departments.

Requirements

  • A completed vocational training or degree, preferably in veterinary medicine or a scientific field.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Motivated team player who thrives in a large team environment.
  • Flexible and enjoys facing new challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative and empathetic approach to work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer support within the veterinary or healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with laboratory diagnostics.
