About the Role

We are seeking a Trainee Recruiter to join our dynamic team at SThree, a leading recruitment consultancy in Europe. What You'll Do

• Actively build a sustainable network of clients and candidates.
• Serve as the interface between companies in need of personnel and highly specialized professionals.
• Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
• Search for qualified professionals and conduct interviews.
• Guide candidates through the entire application process.
• Advise companies on filling open vacancies.

Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or Humanities.
• Alternatively, a commercial training background with experience in sales, market development, or customer consulting.
• A professional demeanor and strategic negotiation skills.
• Interest and enthusiasm for personnel and management consulting and sales.
• A willingness to advance your career and take on responsibility.

Nice to Have

• Experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
