About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our Vodafone retail team in Erlangen. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in our Erlangen store.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and achieving sales targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
• Implement promotional activities and marketing strategies to drive sales.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Deputy Store Manager or similar role in retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
