Customer Success Manager - Remote Opportunity at Ideals
About the Role
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Ideals. This remote Customer Success Manager position is crucial for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving satisfaction among our high-value B2B clients. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining our Market Leader status on G2 for five consecutive years.
What You'll Do
- Research and analyze new clients to identify their expected value from our product and future growth opportunities.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 accounts with structured follow-ups and proactive engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Execute renewals and expansions based on account usage and growth potential, directly influencing revenue targets.
- Conduct exit interviews with churned clients to gather insights and improve our services.
- Drive customer advocacy initiatives by securing client reviews, testimonials, and case studies.
- Participate in special projects to enhance our customer success playbooks and introduce new activities.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and German (C2).
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in B2B, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record managing a book of business of 50+ accounts with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in driving MRR/ARR growth through renewals, upsells, or cross-sells.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with data rooms, board portals, or secure collaboration tools.
- Experience in sales.
