Customer Success Manager - Hebrew Speaking Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Martins Castro, focusing on Hebrew-speaking clients. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and personalized journey for our customers, making a real impact in their lives. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary contact for clients, managing their onboarding and ongoing engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is empathetic, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for clients via email, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Conduct onboarding meetings with presentations and alignment of expectations.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and detailed records in our CRM.
- Understand each client's needs and resolve issues through active listening.
- Monitor engagement and satisfaction metrics using dashboards and HubSpot.
- Identify improvement opportunities and promote proactive actions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Suggest upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on interactions.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing content tailored for Hebrew-speaking audiences.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hebrew and English (oral and written).
- Knowledge of customer journey strategies.
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM.
- Analytical skills to interpret engagement data.
- Background in Management, Psychology, Hospitality, or Customer Success.
