About the Role

We're seeking a Creative Lead - Fashion & Social Content to join our innovative team at Shopping Event VIP. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while driving creative strategies across various social media platforms. As a Creative Lead - Fashion & Social Content remote professional, you will set the creative direction for our brands on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.

What You'll Do

  • Own the content calendar across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and engaging posts.
  • Set the creative direction for platform-native content, focusing on video-first formats like Reels and TikToks.
  • Direct a team of UGC creators and content producers, overseeing shooting, editing, and execution.
  • Be on camera for key content, showcasing your comfort and confidence in front of the lens.
  • Apply proven creative frameworks from Ad Creative Academy, utilizing insights to enhance content performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bridge organic and paid content, ensuring cohesive messaging.
  • Drive European expansion creatively, adapting content strategies for new markets.
  • Launch our consumer apps by owning the creative strategy for App Store and Play Store assets.

Requirements

  • A portfolio showcasing your creative direction and content across multiple platforms.
  • Confidence and natural presence on camera.
  • Deep understanding of content performance metrics, including hooks and retention curves.
  • Strong creative vision for short-form video content.
  • Experience with AI workflows and tools, integrating them into your creative process.
  • Genuine passion for fashion and a data-curious mindset.
  • Preferred location in Europe for timezone alignment, but open to the right candidate globally.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid social and performance marketing.
  • Multilingual skills, particularly in Dutch or French.
  • Experience in e-commerce or events.
  • Experience managing or directing content creators.
