What You'll Do

• Install, configure, and maintain firewall and network infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure a high-performance and stable network infrastructure.
• Analyze, classify, and remediate complex network problems as part of incident management.
• Collaborate in Change, Release, and Configuration Management processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation in your area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Relevant hands-on experience in firewall and network infrastructure solutions.
• Independent, analytical, and efficient working style with a high level of customer and service orientation.
• C1 English level is mandatory; C1 German will be a plus.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.

Nice to Have

• Experience in incident management and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with network performance monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of configuration management best practices.
