About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Marketer to join our dynamic team at HappyRobot.Ai. This is a remote opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere in Spain. As a Content Marketer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's narrative and driving demand through compelling content strategies. Your expertise will help us tell our story effectively across various channels, making this a pivotal position in our growth journey.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the editorial calendar across blog, social, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals, focusing on the needs of our enterprise customers.
• Build and execute GEO-driven content programs to enhance discoverability and drive inbound demand.
• Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling assets that complement your written content.
• Repurpose and adapt content across multiple formats, such as transforming blogs into social posts or webinars into articles.
• Coordinate with growth, product, and sales teams to develop enablement resources and campaign content.
• Manage workflows with external freelancers and vendors to maintain high-quality output.
• Maintain brand and editorial guidelines to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all content.

Requirements

• Experience in early-stage startups or working in marketing with enterprise customers.
• Comfort with content performance tracking and basic analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a self-starter attitude.
• Good taste and basic design skills to enhance content visually.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for copy and design to increase efficiency.
• A high sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Analytical mindset with experience working with data to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Account Engagement.
• Comfort with design tools such as Figma for quick content edits.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and enthusiasm for optimizing content in new channels.
• Experience with Salesforce and understanding of lead tracking, including multi-touch attribution.
