Client Accountant - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Accountant to join our team remotely. As a Client Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes. This position is essential for maintaining the financial health of our organization.

What You'll Do

• Record and validate accounting information within your defined scope.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results to provide insights.
• Manage auxiliary accounting tasks including clients, suppliers, and cash entries.
• Handle inventory entries and justify accounting accounts.
• Ensure proper archiving of documents and manage the integration of balancing entries into our ERP system.
• Assist in managing market and client files, including monitoring and controlling invoicing.
• Manage supplier relationships, including invoice reconciliation and payments.
• Adhere to purchasing chain protocols and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

• Hold a Bac+2 level qualification in accounting or a related field.
• Demonstrate significant experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
