Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team remotely. As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across Germany and Europe.

What You'll Do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support various departments.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that can improve business performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to enhance data pipelines and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or reporting roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
