Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote Options Available

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and work remotely. As a Business Intelligence Analyst remote, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business performance across Germany and Europe. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that our data-driven strategies align with business goals.

What You'll Do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate business needs into data-driven insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout all reporting processes.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or reporting roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
