What You'll Do

• Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
• Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.
• Set up initial layouts and use various tools to prepare products.
• Conduct quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with quality specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications.
• Provide support in manufacturing operations, including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and distribution of company products.
• Report any malfunctions or abnormalities in machines, recommending adjustments to methods and processes.
• May be involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution centers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production-related role.
• Vocational or technical education or certification preferred.
• Full job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision with established operational procedures.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal contacts.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a healthcare technology setting.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes.
• Knowledge of assembly tools and equipment.
