About the Role

What You'll Do

• Organize, coordinate, and deliver service across one or more sections in our fast-paced kitchen.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to produce delicious dishes to specification.
• Support and guide kitchen assistants and porters.
• Ensure your section is prepped and organized for service.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements

• A genuine love for food and cooking.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Positive attitude and great team mindset.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• No extensive experience required, just enthusiasm and passion for the culinary arts.
