Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role (Room Manager / Head of Room).
• Hospitality training of at least 2 years.
• Experience in team management and leadership.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
• Excellent customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
