Area Development Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Development Manager to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your B2B sales experience to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with clients. As an Area Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission while working with the UK's largest drainage solution provider.

What You'll Do

• Identify and target new business opportunities across the region.
• Collaborate with national accounts to enhance and grow business relationships.
• Conduct site visits to assess work requests and provide accurate quotes.
• Proactively follow up on quotations to secure new business.
• Upsell services to existing clients while maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage your own schedule and administrative tasks effectively.
• Work closely with the depot manager to achieve sales targets and forecasts.
• Participate in regional training events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience is essential.
• Experience in the service industry, preferably in drainage, waste management, or construction.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Desire to succeed in a niche but rewarding market.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-utility services.
• Knowledge of the drainage and wastewater industry.
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
