What You'll Do

• Drive the implementation of AI technologies to analyze data and automate marketing tasks.
• Collaborate with data scientists to understand consumer behavior and generate actionable insights.
• Create personalized customer experiences through segmentation and targeted messaging.
• Utilize predictive analytics to forecast trends and customer purchasing behavior.
• Develop content for omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Optimize marketing workflows and campaigns to enhance user engagement and meet budgetary goals.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with professional proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot.
• Deep understanding of Big Query SQL with at least 2 years of experience in data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven customer engagement platforms like Braze or Hightouch.
