Mid-Level Manual QA Tester - Remote HealthTech

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Manual QA Tester remote to join our dynamic team at Creyos. As a leading B2B SaaS HealthTech company, we specialize in innovative brain health tools that are utilized by healthcare practitioners and researchers worldwide. In this role, you will be integral in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, contributing to the seamless delivery of features that enhance user experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist with QA processes, evaluate testing tools and methodologies, and implement technologies that align with our strategic objectives.
• Establish and implement QA best practices while continuously improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of development and QA processes.
• Collaborate with our Science and Product teams to refine features, write test cases, and contribute to requirements.
• Design, develop, and execute regression tests along with exploratory testing of new features.
• Provide feedback and guidance while working directly with developers to test features throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, self-driven, reliable, and keen to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding that quality is a collective effort.
• Determination to investigate and isolate the root cause of bugs.
• Strong focus on documenting issues thoroughly and concisely.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to write BDD scenarios using Cucumber.
• Industry-specific certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA.
• Familiarity with CI and CD tools and practices.
• Experience in HealthTech.
