IT Project Manager - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage digital transformation and IT projects across our companies. This IT Project Manager role offers the chance to work remotely while ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Plan, manage, and oversee digital and IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business users.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and budgets to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Facilitate communication between global teams and management.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
• Support the implementation of digital platforms and systems (ERP, CRM, cloud, automation tools).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) as an IT Project Manager or Digital Project Lead.
• Must have led/coordinated IT Projects for at least 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience handling digital transformation, system implementation, or automation projects.
• Preferably with knowledge or experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Accustomed to using MS Project for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Proficiency in other project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience working with international or remote teams.
