Dynatrace Expert - Remote Monitoring Specialist

As a Dynatrace Expert remote professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our application and infrastructure monitoring capabilities. What You'll Do

• Implement, configure, and optimize Dynatrace for full-stack monitoring of applications and infrastructure.
• Design, build, and continuously enhance Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and monitoring strategies to improve observability and reduce noise.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows, critical transactions, and performance requirements.
• Act as the primary point of expertise for application performance monitoring (APM) and observability practices.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and changes, ensuring minimal business impact.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of performance issues, identifying root causes and systemic improvements.
• Contribute to post-release validation and ensure monitoring coverage for new deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and scripting (e.g., shell scripts) for operational tasks.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Dynatrace (APM, dashboards, alerting, problem analysis).
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networking, cloud/on-prem environments).
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux systems.
• Proficiency in shell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
• Experience with incident management and production support environments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud technologies and services.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and methodologies.
