About the Role

We are looking for an AI Code Reviewer - Remote to join our team and support AI development initiatives. This role is perfect for software engineers who want to work flexibly and asynchronously while contributing to the evaluation and improvement of AI-generated software code. As an AI Code Reviewer, you will analyze code for correctness, clarity, efficiency, and reliability, providing structured feedback that enhances AI system performance.

What You'll Do

• Create and answer computer science and programming-related questions to train AI models.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured feedback to improve AI responses.
• Explain technical and programming concepts clearly in both Spanish and English as required.
• Contribute to multiple projects based on your skills, experience, and availability.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Spanish proficiency required; English proficiency preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in written form.
