What You'll Do

• Provide essential administrative support to the operational team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
• Deliver excellent internal and external customer service, including handling public inquiries about street lighting.
• Input and maintain accurate data across various systems.
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices efficiently.
• Input timesheets for operatives and create job pack works for street lighting projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable learning new systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a utilities, construction, or highways environment.
• Knowledge of purchase order or finance systems.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum.
• Temporary, full-time position with a working pattern of Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.
