Account Executive - B2B Energy Renovation (Remote)

About the Role

Join VARM as an Account Executive - B2B Energy Renovation (Remote) and become a driving force in our mission to insulate 1 million homes over the next decade. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing our business customer relationships in the energy renovation and insulation sector. You will position VARM as a strong partner for modern insulation methods, driving our clear mission forward.

What You'll Do

  • Lead acquisition, consulting, and partner development (end-to-end) by identifying and winning decision-makers at property owner associations, private housing companies, housing cooperatives, municipal administrations, energy consultants, and technical service providers.
  • Develop tailored solutions for various building types and effectively close deals.
  • Manage your sales funnel, report KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, sales cycle, ACV), and optimize your processes based on data.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding and internal alignment to ensure smooth implementation and continuously improve our B2B processes.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, phone, email, and personal networks for outreach and handle professional tenders to generate qualified leads and project volume.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of solid B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, technical trades, energy/ESG, real estate, or other consultancy-intensive industries.
  • Technical understanding of insulation, building envelopes, or energy renovation, or the willingness to acquire this knowledge quickly.
  • Sales mentality with a clear focus on goals and KPIs, reliable funnel management, and strong closing ability.
  • Excellent communication skills, reliability, structure, and motivation to build a growing partner network.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with modern sales technologies, CRM systems, and data-driven forecasting.
  • Familiarity with digital lead generation tools.
