About the Role

We are seeking a talented Account Director for Sales and Business Development to join Norm Ai, a leader in Legal & Compliance AI technology. This remote position allows you to build and maintain relationships with potential clients as they evaluate Norm Ai's innovative solutions. As an Account Director, you will own the client relationship from initial contact to successful close, ensuring that each interaction is thoughtful and engaging.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, showcasing the value of Norm Ai's offerings.
  • Customize pitches and collateral to meet individual client needs, ensuring compelling demos that resonate with stakeholders.
  • Drive client success by partnering with our Customer Engagement team during POCs and beyond.
  • Identify prospects and build a robust pipeline, engaging with C-Suite buyers and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Contribute to shaping the sales strategy and go-to-market approach for Norm Ai.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Enterprise SaaS Sales experience, particularly in complex financial services or enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of closing significant enterprise deals from prospecting to final signature.
  • Experience engaging with C-Suite buyers and navigating complex closing processes.
  • Highly independent and comfortable working as an individual contributor.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling directly to Chief Compliance Officers or General Counsels.
  • Familiarity with regulatory technology or GRC solutions.
  • Background in early-stage venture-backed companies.
  • Hands-on experience in legal, financial services, or insurance roles.
