About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student Facility Management to join our team at Endress+Hauser. This remote opportunity allows you to support our Facility Management team with various organizational, administrative, and technical tasks. You'll collaborate with internal departments and external service providers, focusing on relocation management, electronic locking system administration, and documentation during property handovers.

What You'll Do

• Provide general support in Facility Management.
• Manage relocation processes, including preparation and follow-up.
• Administer the electronic locking system.
• Install and label door signs.
• Handle document management related to property handovers.
• Assist with tenders and awards.

Requirements

• Reliable personality with strong organizational skills.
• Structured, goal-oriented, and customer-focused work approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Very good German language skills are essential.
